Wahhh... I feel so happy & proud of some of our CoUZ ppl!As I am typing this very entry now, some of our brave CoUZions are breathlessly braving the super challenge of the 10KM POWER RUN!!!
Me sad cos I can't run due to this stupid flu... but I manage to flag them off! My heart literally ran with them too! After raving so much about it... it was a big let down for me not to be able to run!
So NEXT MONTH (I'll make sure I don't get sick this time) we run ya!!! LET'S DO IT!!
So far... we have Tze Teng, Wai Nyan, Jeannie, Philip, Yee San, James, Laura, (i think Martin & Vincent also wants to run again) and..... YOU!!! Whoever you are... common... join us lah... it'd be really fun... & very healthy toooo! hehe!

Oh... I just got off the phone with Wai Nyan... & he completed the 10KM in 1hour 5minutes! WoW!! AWESOME DUDE!!!
BERITA TERKINI (fresh from the phone conversation with Wai Nyan):
Martin was the 1st in our team to come in (he took about an hour) followed by Wai Nyan, then Benny (my brother-in-law)... the rest is no where to be seen or heard???
AT THIS VERY MOMENT... those who are unseen & unheard of since the above picture was taken... are still running (but maybe walking too) tirelessly through the challenging streets of Kuala Lumpur City!

oh, sorry guys that i was not in the pictures. i came late!!! came with my college frens. but i managed to finish the race in 1 hour 15 mins.
yeah man... Jon Lee was 15 mins late, and he still qualified for the cert. amazing... haha!
