Bonjour guys and gurls!
Here's wishing y'all a Belated Happy New Year! I sure had a blast for sure! Celebrating with all my cousins, aunties and uncles. It's great being here! Everyone's so grown up here... my youngest cousin is 7 years old. He is the most adorable kiddo ever... seriously, he loves Char Siew Pow and his Hammy.. so cute! anyway, i'll show y'all some pictures when i reach KL.
So, what have i been doing? well, lets see... we drove towards Pine Crest and played with snow. oh yea, we even had a snow fight and we went snow boarding. It was awesome! Defintely not forgetting the sapasticated snow men... haha. My uncle took a video of us screaming our lungs out.. it was great fun!.. then we headed towards Yosemite the next day. Yosemite is included under the 7 wonders of the world. Yosemite's half dome and its amazing waterfall gushing heapsa fresh water down from the rocks. We ate Trout and panini at the Lodge located inside the Ahwannee hotel. Today, we went to visit Sara Lee's bakery factory and boy was it good! however, we were all shocked at the way the packed the hotdog buns... boy, they dont wear hand gloves... So unhygenic! so beware... everything is fine except their hotdog buns. anyway... backtracking to the previous days... well, we went shopping!
There's heaps of sales here... Forever 21 is sooooooo cheap... my goodness... its crazy how they hack up the price back home. however, their products are mostly suited for winter... oh well.... but i got a couple of stuff which is goood!
In terms of food, my goodness.. its food haven! my uncle owns a supermarket which means that we dont pay anything... we just take whatever we want and leave... its incredible! haha... we've been eating so much... i definitely need to gon on a strict diet when i go home....
We had Vietnamese, Thai, Nachos, Cheese stick, Carls Jr, Rib eye, Chinese salad, persimmons, tangerines, wheat thins, chettos, lays, Reeses, Marshmallows, Hokkien mee, bbq and so much more i cant even recall. haha...
My auntie drove 2 and a half hours to Atwater to spend the day with us. We call her Dr Kong. She's now waiting to do her Fellowship for prematured babies at Stanford hospital. She;s so intelligent, i truly envy her.. she's only 26 years old. crazy huh? and my other cousin whom im staying with... is currently doing her freshman year at Missouri university Kansas city. She's also doing medicine..
Other than that... i've been having a ball of a time! it's been a funfilled holiday and its getting better day by day.
So how's everybody back home?
