Had an awesome time in church... got up really early coz our tribe (zone) were on duty for carpark... yup, we had to wear those flourescent orangy vests and hold on to torches whilst directing cars to the allocated car parks... was awesome! met so many new people from powerhouse (the 18-25s community) and was just so awesome to greet someone in the morning with a big smile and a wave. we had to petrol the cars starting at 8am and then doing it again at 10am. was a huge bunch of us. i was chosen to do the farewell wave right outside the huge Hillsong sign ... yea, met this dude who gave me a lift up there.. cool chap.
anyway, after that my connect (the best eva) had our picnic in front of the lake near church.. we had heapsa food, i'm so stuff.. but its just so great to chill out on a nice wintery sunny sunday arvo... right on the greenery with yummy food and huge picnic blankets...
